Description
An infected thoracoabdominal aneurysm is a rare, life-threatening condition with high mortality. We performed an in situ graft replacement and applied a rectus abdominis muscle fl ap transfer technique in a case of infected thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm after distal gastrectomy. A rectus abdominis muscle fl ap transfer might be a good alternative when the omental fl ap technique is not feasible.
