Description
The Chiari network is believed to be an embryologic remnant of the right valve of the sinus venosus [4]. The Chiari network rarely is clinically significant in adults and rarely reported in the pediatric population. We present a rare case of persistent neonatal cyanosis due to a huge and prominent Chiari network.
