Description
A 55-year-old man with no major coronary risk factors presented with effort angina-like symptoms of 6 months duration. He underwent an exercise treadmill test, which was inconclusive because he did not attain the target heart rate in the symptom (fatigue)-limiting exercise. Hence, a coronary angiogram (CAG) was performed which showed absence of the left main coronary artery in the left aortic sinus.
