Wifinian is an open-source application that displays all the wireless profiles on your PC in a simple list and allows you to connect to any of them automatically based on signal strength, as well as delete them.

Both an installer-based and an archived version of the software are available, and they offer the same functionality, though one of them is easier to deploy. The archived version isn’t fully portable, however, as your settings are stored in the user folder.
