PhotoToFilm is a program which enables you to easily transform a series of pictures into a movie.
The interface of the tool is plain and simple. You can import JPEG or BMP images by using only the file browser, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported.
So, you can jump to a particular picture and organize all images, as well as select an audio track that will be used as the soundtrack.
In addition, you can select the video compression codec, specify the output destination, as well as enable dynamic pictures, crossfading, single frame mode and "On Video Text Insertion".
