MessageSave for Microsoft for Outlook lets you
- save outlook email messages as individual files
(.msg or .txt).
- organize messages in file system folders for easy
access.

The functions can be performed either manually with
MessageSave Outlook
toolbar button or automatically with MessageSave
custom rule action for
the Outlook Rules Wizard.

- An ability to set summary properties on saved
files. You can view these
properties by right-clicking on a file and
selecting "Properties" ->
"Summary" tab. You can also add those properties to
the file explorer view
by going to "View" -> "Choose Details..." menu and
selecting "Subject"
and/or "Author" in the "Details" check list.
Note: this functionality is only available on
Windows 2000 and later and
only on NTFS file systems.
- A new "Advanced Options" dialog.
- An option to display a progress dialog when
saving a large number of
