Use your unique call-in number, email or web form to connect with your Aviana Alliance Support Coordinator to log a case or issue with a guaranteed response time within 24 hours or less.
Critical Support
Make sure you have rapid resolution during critical times such as quarter or year-end. Critical support calls and emails receive priority status. Guaranteed response time is two hours or less.
IBM Software Environment Diagnostics and Scorecard
The quarterly environment diagnostics and scorecard, included in every package, ensures your system is running optimally and adhering to best practices. This proactive component maximizes your IBM Software ROI.
Educational Webinars
Sit in on one Aviana webinar per quarter to guarantee your internal team is continuing to hone their skills and stay current with changes in the IBM Cognos platform.
Online Hub Access
As a member of the program you’ll receive exclusive access to our online forum and knowledge base at www.tm1hub.com.
Model Maintenance Review
You are covered during critical rollover or cycle transitions. Schedule an appointment up to one week in advance to request remote assistance from your Aviana Alliance Support Team to handle maintenance and optimization of your TM1, Framework Manager or SPSS models.
On-Site Training
Receive on-site, in-person IBM Cognos TM1, BI or SPSS training for new users and administrators or to retrain existing staff.
Development Environment Upgrade
Stay current with new software versions. When new service packs or new releases become available from IBM, we’ll perform the upgrade in your development environment for testing and planning.
Enhancement Hours
Receive a block of hours to use for additional development and enhancements. Additional hours can be purchased in blocks of eight.
